Overview

The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program is a flagship initiative designed to connect talented young graduates across Africa with meaningful 12-month internship opportunities.

Eligibility

• Recent graduates with 0–2 years of work experience
• Alumni of Mastercard Foundation programs
• Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program alumni
• Young people aged 18 to 35 across Africa
