Overview

This opportunity offers eligible Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) the chance to apply for elections into the 5th Permanent General Assembly of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council of the African Union (ECOSOCC).

Eligibility

CSOs operating at national, regional, continental, and African Diaspora levels across AU Member States.
Must comply with requirements outlined in Article 9 of the ECOSOCC Statute.

Benefits

Successful organisations will serve a four-year term, which is renewable once.

How to Apply

The application process is conducted through the ECOSOCC-Connect online platform in two stages:

Registration of the organisation profile.
Submission of the formal application for the 5th Permanent General Assembly.
