These opportunities are specifically tailored for unemployed youth, with successful candidates receiving a monthly stipend during their placement period.

Role Purpose

As part of our Youth Development Strategy, we have adopted various initiatives to drive positive social impact and to directly impact unemployment of youth.

Please be advised that successful candidates will qualify for a monthly stipend.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Sciences
• Certificate/Diploma in Adult Education or Facilitation
• Train-the-Trainer certifications
• Courses in Educational Psychology or Curriculum Development

• Qualifications in Instructional Design or eLearning Development
• Multimedia Design or Digital Media, especially related to learning
• Learning Experience Design (LXD) or User Experience (UX) for Learning
• Game Design or Game Development (relevant for interactive learning components)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gain exposure within Momentum Investments Learning and Development team
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and apply feedback to improve performance

• Uphold Momentum Investments’ values and represent the organisation professionally
• Engage in opportunities to develop personal and professional skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
