    Overview

    This consultancy opportunity offers experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professionals the chance to strengthen the monitoring systems of Cultural Emergency Response (CER) and improve evidence-based decision-making across its global programmes.

    Eligibility

    • Proven experience designing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning systems.
    • Knowledge of humanitarian, development, or cultural heritage sectors.
    • Experience supporting small organizations with practical MEL solutions.
    • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
    • The ability to translate strategic frameworks into practical tools and guidance.

    Benefits

    Applicants will receive an indicative consultancy budget of €8,000 and the opportunity to significantly contribute to the protection of cultural heritage in crisis and conflict-affected settings.
