Overview

This consultancy opportunity offers experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professionals the chance to strengthen the monitoring systems of Cultural Emergency Response (CER) and improve evidence-based decision-making across its global programmes.

Eligibility

Proven experience designing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning systems.
Knowledge of humanitarian, development, or cultural heritage sectors.
Experience supporting small organizations with practical MEL solutions.
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
The ability to translate strategic frameworks into practical tools and guidance.

Benefits

Applicants will receive an indicative consultancy budget of €8,000 and the opportunity to significantly contribute to the protection of cultural heritage in crisis and conflict-affected settings.
