This consultancy opportunity offers experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professionals the chance to strengthen the monitoring systems of Cultural Emergency Response (CER) and improve evidence-based decision-making across its global programmes.
Applicants will receive an indicative consultancy budget of €8,000 and the opportunity to significantly contribute to the protection of cultural heritage in crisis and conflict-affected settings.
