🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and expand loan and deposit portfolios

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery

• Conduct credit assessments, field visits, and due diligence for loan applications

• Monitor client performance and support loan recovery processes

• Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring high portfolio quality

• Promote the bank’s products and services within assigned communities

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in a relevant discipline

• Strong sales, marketing, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of financial services or microfinance (an added advantage)

• Good communication skills and ability to engage diverse clients
