The North Atlantic Treaty Organization Internship Programme provides a structured opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience within a leading political and military alliance.

Eligibility

The programme is open to individuals who are either in the third year of their undergraduate studies or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Benefits

Monthly stipend: EUR 1,335 (as of 2026), adjusted annually
Travel coverage: Transportation costs to and from Brussels covered up to a specified limit
Paid leave: 15 days of leave during the six-month period
