This program offers women leaders from developing countries a chance to enhance their participation in global environmental negotiations through negotiation training and support for participation in COP17.
Applicants must be female delegates from developing countries eligible under the UNCCD Special Trust Fund for Participation. Priority will be given to delegates from Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
Applications must be submitted through National Focal Points and include an official nomination letter and a CV or short biography of the proposed delegate.
