    Overview

    This internship offers graduates and postgraduate students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit administration and organizational management at Blossom Trust. The Office & Administrative Coordinator Intern will provide executive and administrative support while helping coordinate daily office operations.

    Eligibility

    • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s degree or MBA
    • Academic background in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive
    • Experience using digital communication, collaboration, or project management applications
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Adaptability and willingness to work in culturally diverse community settings

    Benefits

    • Monthly stipend of 10,000 Indian Rupees
