Key Responsibilities
- Planning, creating, and managing social media ads (Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns (performance, target groups, budgets)
- Supporting the maintenance and posting of organic contributions on our channels
- Close coordination with our team regarding content, goals, and budget use
Requirements
- Initial experience in running and evaluating social media ads (e.g., from studies, agencies, or projects)
- Understanding of target groups, conversion, and campaign structures
- Sense of good design and appealing texts
- Independent, structured working style and interest in digital topics
- Laptop/PC already available
