Overview

The Open Global Power (OGP) 2026 Programme, launched by the Enel Foundation, is a unique opportunity for young professionals to become leaders in the energy transition.

Eligibility

• Age: 24–35 years (as of April 13, 2026)
• Citizenship: African country, Brazil, or Chile
• Education:
  • Must hold a Master’s, MBA, or PhD
  • At least one degree from Africa, Brazil, or Chile
• Professional Interest: Demonstrated commitment to a career in energy or electricity sectors.
• Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 level)
• Mobility: Must be eligible to travel to Italy
