    Overview

    This opportunity offers the chance to support the Chief Operations Officer at the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) as a Personal Assistant.

    Eligibility

    • A minimum Certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related qualification (NQF Level 5).
    • At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • A valid Code B Driver’s Licence.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong report writing and report consolidation skills.
    • Executive-level stakeholder management experience.
    • High levels of confidentiality and professional discretion.
    • An understanding of public sector governance (advantageous).

    Benefits

    • Salary of R524,540.58 per annum plus applicable employee benefits.
