The Max Foundation is offering an entry-level Program Coordinator role based in Manila, Philippines (remote/home office), designed for individuals eager to contribute to meaningful healthcare change.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functioning of support programs, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Assist in enrolling patients into programs and provide emotional support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely access to medication.
- Support logistics of importing and distributing donated medicines.
- Maintain accurate database records and report adverse events.
- Amplify patient voices through advocacy and storytelling.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders and provide updates to the Program Officer.
Requirements
- A diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Must possess personal transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends when necessary.
