Eligibility

• Civil society groups

Applicants must:

• Operate in East or Southeast Asia
• Work in countries categorized as closed, repressed, or obstructed by the CIVICUS Monitor
• Be eligible for OECD DAC Official Development Assistance
• Have operated for at least 3 years
• Be legally registered or partnered with a fiscal sponsor
• Be capable of receiving grant funds directly or via a host organization
