Experienced Call Agents (Outbound Sales Team)

📍 Location

100% Remote – Work from anywhere

💼 What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Promote products/services and close sales
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Accurately document call outcomes and customer information
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance

🕒 Work Schedule

• Assigned to US or UK shifts depending on campaign requirements
• Must be flexible and available during assigned hours

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in call center, telesales, or outbound sales is highly preferred
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, target-driven, and resilient attitude
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet work environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
