Overview
Remote MERL Manager role to lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) across multiple programme portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement MERL frameworks, Theories of Change, indicators, and data systems.
- Ensure high-quality monitoring, evaluation, and donor reporting.
- Support programme teams in results tracking and strengthen data quality processes.
- Embed evidence-based decision-making and adaptive learning across projects.
- Oversee multi-country programme MERL activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field.
- 7–10 years progressive experience in MERL within NGO or donor-funded environments.
- Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative methods).
- Experience supporting multi-country programmes.
- Familiarity with donor frameworks (FCDO, EU, USAID, or similar) is highly desirable.
Benefits
- Salary: USD 2,800 – 3,200 per month
