This program offers the InteRussia Fellowship for International Relations Specialists 2026, providing an opportunity for qualified foreign researchers to immerse themselves in Russian academia, engage with policy-making institutions, and collaborate with leading scholars at MGIMO University in Moscow.

Eligibility

Non-Russian citizens residing outside Russia
Aged between 25 and 39 years old
English proficiency at C1 level or higher
At least one of the following:
- Hold a PhD degree
- At least 3 years of experience in academic institutions or think tanks
- Currently pursuing PhD studies
No employment history or academic enrollment with MGIMO University
Submit a detailed research proposal
