Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to research institutions, universities, private companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and multi-stakeholder research consortia. Applicants must submit proposals as international research consortia, typically involving organizations from at least three different EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries. International partners, including organizations from Africa and other regions, can participate as members of eligible research consortia.
