    Overview

    This program offers a 9-month leadership and mental health fellowship for young climate changemakers from East Africa, aimed at equipping them with tools, networks, and emotional resilience to navigate climate activism sustainably.

    Eligibility

    • Age: 18–28 years
    • Based in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, or Tanzania
    • Available from July 2026 to March 2027
    • Apply with a partner
    • Passionate about climate justice and resilient communities
    • Proficient in English
    • Willing to facilitate community Resilience Circles
    • Open to discussions about climate anxiety and emotional wellbeing
