Overview

The Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Fellowship (ELBI), offered by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, is a prestigious program designed to cultivate the next generation of global leaders in biosecurity.

Eligibility

Hold a master’s or doctoral degree.
Currently enrolled in a doctoral program.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in relevant fields like national security, public health, medicine, biotechnology, laboratory sciences, or global health.
Must reside in countries not subject to embargoes or sanctions as defined by the United States government.
