- Strong interest in peace, conflict, and development issues.
- Experience in coordination, administration, or event planning is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English (Swedish is a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
