Overview

The Ready for Inclusive Sustainable Employment and Entrepreneurship (RISE/E) Initiative, specifically the Futuremakers RISE/E Accenture Skills to Succeed (S2S) Programme in Ghana, aims to equip young job seekers with disabilities with essential employability skills, digital capabilities, and career readiness training to improve their employment prospects.

Eligibility

Young people aged 18-35 years.
Individuals living with a disability.
Residents of Accra, Ghana.
Demonstrated interest in improving employability and job readiness.
Access to a smartphone, laptop, or computer with internet connectivity.
Ability to dedicate at least three hours per week to training activities.

Benefits

Participants will gain practical knowledge, job search skills, and professional development opportunities to prepare them for competitive job markets and inclusive workplaces. Training covers job readiness, communication skills, workplace confidence, digital literacy, resume and interview preparation.
