Overview

The 2027 Taiwan Fellowship is a prestigious international research program designed to support advanced academic study in Taiwan for foreign scholars.

Eligibility

• Professors and associate professors
• Assistant professors and postdoctoral researchers
• Doctoral candidates and PhD students
• Research fellows at equivalent academic levels

Benefits

Selected fellows receive comprehensive support during their research stay in Taiwan, including:

• Monthly Stipend:
  • Professors and senior researchers: NT$60,000
  • Assistant professors, postdoctoral researchers, and doctoral candidates: NT$50,000
• One round-trip economy-class airfare to Taiwan
• Research residency of 3 to 12 months
• Accident and medical insurance coverage up to NT$1 million
