Key Responsibilities

• Lead global recruitment across functions and levels of seniority, partnering with stakeholders to understand team needs and workforce priorities.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Own strategic talent pipelining initiatives and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Act as a strategic hiring partner and leverage market intelligence to advise on industry trends.
• Optimise the use of recruitment systems and tools to drive efficiency in hiring processes.
• Deliver strategic recruitment initiatives that enhance hiring quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, particularly in Fintech or SaaS.
• Proven track record in hiring for senior and specialist roles across global geographies.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews; formal training is advantageous.
• Highly adaptable and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Experience with TA tools and ATS systems.
