The TNC Oak Tree Fellowship is now accepting applications for an exciting opportunity to kick-start a career in conservation.
This two-year, experiential learning program offers rotating assignments across The Nature Conservancy’s global operations, designed to develop professional skills, expand networks, and foster impactful conservation work.
Fellows will support essential organizational functions while gaining hands-on experience through diverse rotations, including conservation, operations, finance, HR, and more.
The Oak Tree Fellowship aims to create an inclusive environment welcoming applicants from all backgrounds, especially those with diverse cultural perspectives and lived experiences.
Recent graduates from Minority Serving Institutions are encouraged to apply.
