Overview

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is accepting applications for the Conscious Food Systems Alliance (CoFSA) Convening and Community Intern position. This full-time remote internship offers a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in sustainable food systems and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Summit Planning & Logistics: Assist with planning timelines, workplans, and coordination of calls, webinars, and meetings. Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and maintain collaboration tools.
Community Engagement: Support stakeholder mapping and database management for CoFSA members.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research on potential donors and analyze data to strengthen engagement strategies.
Administrative Support: Assist with internship recruitment and manage candidate evaluations.

Requirements

Education: Enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s or graduate program in related fields such as journalism, communications, or sustainable development.
Experience: Skills in data collection and communication, preferably with exposure to sustainability initiatives.
Language: Fluency in English is required.

Benefits

The internship is unpaid, but UNDP may offer a stipend according to policy.
Interns handle their own medical insurance if remote.
