    Overview

    The Climate Catalysts Mentorship Programme 3.0 is an international youth mentorship initiative by UNFCCC's Youth4Capacity programme and UNDP's Youth4Climate initiative, aimed at equipping young climate leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks to drive climate action. Participants will engage in structured learning, bootcamps, and peer-to-peer engagement to strengthen their capacity in climate project development, leadership, and advocacy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design effective climate projects, including local and global solutions, project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and fundraising.
    • Strengthen youth-led climate movements and advocacy through leadership, community organizing, and communication strategies.
    • Foster climate innovation through social entrepreneurship, innovative business models, problem-solving, and scaling solutions.
    • Collaborate with a diverse international youth network and participate in Virtual Climate Cafés.

    Requirements

    This programme is ideal for young climate advocates, sustainability leaders, youth organizers, students, and innovators who are passionate about climate action and environmental sustainability. Applicants should be interested in developing skills in project management, leadership, climate advocacy, and movement building, and have ideas or initiatives focused on climate solutions.
