UNICEF is transforming how it raises funds from individual donors through the Global Giving Platform 2.0 (GGP2)—a modern digital fundraising ecosystem designed to support country offices worldwide.
The platform combines advanced Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) technologies to create a secure, scalable, and user-friendly online giving experience.
Built on Optimizely, the platform aims to improve donor engagement while helping UNICEF increase fundraising revenue that supports children in more than 190 countries and territories.
The successful consultant will play a key leadership role in managing this enterprise-wide initiative from planning through implementation.
Reporting within UNICEF’s Global Individual Giving Fundraising Team, the consultant will co-lead one of the organization’s most important digital transformation projects.
The role focuses on ensuring that the Global Giving Platform is successfully implemented across multiple UNICEF markets while balancing technical requirements, user experience, governance, and fundraising objectives.
Because the platform serves numerous country offices with varying levels of digital maturity, the consultant will work closely with regional teams, technical specialists, vendors, and fundraising professionals around the world.
The Project/Product Manager will oversee the rollout and continuous improvement of the Global Giving Platform.
