Overview

Graft Africa is recruiting for the position of Programs and Operations Associate, a full-time permanent role with a remote work structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program design, research analysis, stakeholder engagement, and grant development.
• Assist with project planning, concept notes, budgets, and timelines while tracking deliverables.
• Conduct research on agriculture, climate adaptation, and livelihoods.
• Contribute to reports, presentations, and strategy documents.
• Support grant research, proposal writing, and donor reporting.
• Maintain organized records and assist with internal operations and coordination.
• Engage with partners, farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders.
• Support meetings, workshops, and consultations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Economics, Food Systems, International Development, Environmental Studies, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
