Job Summary

Telos Impact is seeking a motivated Venture Philanthropy Intern to join its Brussels team for a six-month period starting in September 2026.

This role offers a hands-on experience in social impact strategy, ecosystem mapping, project analysis, and supporting high-impact foundations and nonprofits.

The internship provides an excellent platform for students and recent graduates interested in venture philanthropy, impact investing, and social innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct project analyses and support strategic advice for clients
• Map social and nonprofit ecosystems and identify potential partners
• Contribute to knowledge building on philanthropy and impact collective efforts

• Develop training materials on strategy, project selection, follow-up, and budget management
• Participate actively in project work across thematic areas such as education, environment, health, and social inclusion

Candidate Profile

• Final-year Master’s students or recent graduates in economics, management, social sciences, or communication
• Demonstrated interest in social impact and philanthropy
• Rigorous, autonomous, creative, and proactive
• Fluent in French; Dutch is a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Office 365 Suite
• Experience in project management or impact measurement is advantageous
• Available for a 6-month internship from September 2026
