    • Spanish

    Step 2: Obtain Official Authorization

    Step 3: Submit Through Official Diplomatic Channels

    A PDF copy of the completed application form must be submitted to WIPO through:

    • The country’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations Office at Geneva, or
    • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs if no Permanent Mission exists
