    About the Program

Women continue to be underrepresented in technical and operational roles within Cambodia’s clean energy industry. The Women in Clean Energy Internship Program was established to address this gap by equipping female engineers with practical workplace experience, professional development, and career guidance.

The first cohort achieved strong outcomes, with all interns successfully completing the program and securing employment opportunities, most of them within technical clean energy roles.

Cohort 2 will further expand opportunities across several clean energy subsectors, including renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and e-mobility solutions.
