This fellowship offers a transformative opportunity for African women professionals in public health to strengthen their leadership skills and influence gender equity in health systems across Africa.

Eligibility

Identify as a woman
Be an African national
Reside and work in Kenya or South Africa
Have 5–15 years of experience in public health or global health-related work
Possess postgraduate education in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Sciences, or related fields
Work in public health policy, practice, research, or teaching
Demonstrate leadership potential or experience
Be fluent in English
Be able to attend the in-person leadership academy in Kenya
