Key Responsibilities

• Enhance APAC IT operations by improving standard operating procedures and self-service resources.
• Identify and improve support workflows through automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams on access and security workflows.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Japanese and English.
• Experience in workplace IT support for macOS and Windows, as well as mobile devices.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools and IT service management principles.
• Comfort with AI-assisted resources and automation.
• Strong operational judgment and a service-oriented approach.
