Role Purpose

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Sciences
Certificate/Diploma in Adult Education or Facilitation
Train-the-Trainer certifications
Courses in Educational Psychology or Curriculum Development

Qualifications in Instructional Design or eLearning Development
Multimedia Design or Digital Media, especially related to learning
Learning Experience Design (LXD) or User Experience (UX) for Learning
Game Design or Game Development (relevant for interactive learning components)

Duties & Responsibilities

Gain exposure within Momentum Investments Learning and Development team
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and apply feedback to improve performance

Uphold Momentum Investments’ values and represent the organisation professionally
Engage in opportunities to develop personal and professional skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
