The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has officially opened applications for the Young Champions of the Earth 2026 initiative, designed to identify, support, and amplify young environmental innovators.

Eligibility

Be between 18 and 30 years old by the end of the calendar year
Have been actively working on an environmental idea or project for at least six months
Demonstrate a clear commitment to environmental improvement
Present a solution with potential for scalability and impact
