Overview

The Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) Cambodia 2026 is a year-long leadership programme designed to empower young women with the skills, confidence, and networks needed to challenge gender inequality and create meaningful change in their communities.

Eligibility

The programme is open to young women aged 17 to 25 years old who are passionate about gender equality and social change. It is particularly aimed at individuals who have had limited access to leadership programmes or networks. Young women from underrepresented groups, including those with disabilities or from ethnic minority communities, are strongly encouraged to apply.
