Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of grant applications and ensure effective support delivery across East and Southern Africa. Coordinate grant application processes, assessing eligibility and verifying application details. Analyse applications and make informed recommendations regarding HRD cases. Document case management, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs and funding partners. Monitor the impact of protection grants by following up with HRDs and documenting outcomes. Requirements Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong understanding of human rights issues in East and Southern Africa. Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent cases. Strong written communication and analytical reporting skills. Experience handling emergency or time-sensitive cases.
