Overview

The BMW Group and ESMT Berlin offer the Change Maker Fellowship Program designed to support high-potential professionals in technology, mathematics, and digital innovation fields.

Eligibility

Applicants from select countries with BMW Group IT and innovation hubs, including Germany, India, Portugal, Romania, Brazil, China, the United States, and South Africa.
Individuals with recognized refugee status in Germany are also eligible.
Candidates are expected to have academic or professional backgrounds in mathematics, computer science, information technology, automation, or digitalization.
For MBA and MSc applicants, candidates must be 30 years old or younger as of September 1, 2026.

Benefits

Full-time MBA: Two fellowships covering up to €45,000 (approx. 90% of tuition fees).
Global Online MBA: Four fully funded fellowships covering 100% of tuition costs.
Master’s (MSc) programs: Two fellowships worth €17,500 each (50% of tuition fees).
Exclusive engagement opportunities with experts from the BMW Group to build professional networks and gain industry insights.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit their fellowship application as part of their standard admission process for each ESMT Berlin program. A written response to a strategic question posed by the BMW Group must be included in the application.
