This programme offers a prestigious opportunity for young women to develop as leaders in arms control, non-proliferation, and disarmament through structured mentorship with recognized experts.

Eligibility

Applicants include female students and recent graduates from various academic backgrounds, with no prior experience required.

• Female students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate programmes.
• Recent graduates completing their studies no earlier than June 2024.
• Applicants of all nationalities and from all global regions.
• A portion of slots reserved for applicants from Europe.
