Overview

The Hiring that makesense Accelerator is now open for applications, offering climate-focused organisations in Southeast Asia the chance to strengthen their recruitment systems, secure funding, and make strategic hires by August 2026.

Eligibility

Climate-focused nonprofits, social enterprises, or mission-driven organisations in Southeast Asia.
Must have at least two years of operations and a minimum of three paid staff members.
Should be actively hiring or planning to recruit for a funded role during the programme period.
Must have working English proficiency.
At least one team member responsible for hiring decisions must participate throughout the programme.
Headquartered outside the region may apply if their primary climate work is in Southeast Asia.

Benefits

$1,000 participation grant upon successful completion.
Top-performing organisations may unlock between $5,000 and $10,000 in further funding.
Access to expert coaching and practical tools for recruitment.
Development of structured hiring process and repeatable hiring systems.
