Job Summary
The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing administrative operations, facilities, security, fleet management, procurement, and support services. The role requires a strategic leader capable of ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-coordinated workplace while handling security and operational challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations across company locations
- Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage administrative budgets and drive cost optimization
Security & Compliance
- Supervise corporate security operations and personnel
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and investigations
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory standards
Government & Regulatory Relations
- Liaise with agencies such as the Nigeria Immigration Service and Nigeria Police Force
- Coordinate immigration processes (visas, permits, expatriate documentation)
Facilities & Fleet Management
- Oversee office facilities to ensure safety and functionality
- Manage fleet operations including maintenance, licensing, insurance, and fuel usage
- Coordinate vendors and service providers for optimal performance
Staff & Vendor Management
- Supervise support staff (drivers, cleaners, office assistants, dispatch riders)
- Monitor outsourced vendors to ensure service quality and compliance
- Manage procurement of office supplies and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in administration, facilities, or corporate security
- Proven experience in fleet and facilities management
- Experience supervising support staff and managing vendors
- Strong background in security incident management and crisis response
- Experience working with government agencies
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or multinational organizations
