About Africa Youth Climate Fund (AYCF)
Africa’s youthful population is a vital asset in advancing climate resilience and sustainable development through inclusive, youth-led initiatives.
Despite their critical role, young people receive a small fraction of global climate finance, limiting their capacity to influence policy and scale solutions.
Africa Youth Climate Fund aims to address these disparities by redistributing resources, empowering youth leaders, and fostering a participatory, equitable climate finance ecosystem.
Through a grant-making model focused on entrepreneurship, movement building, and advocacy, AYCF supports transformative climate solutions led by Africa’s youth, positioning them as decision-makers and innovators.
