This role offers an opportunity for applicants to build a career in sales and financial services as an Agent Field Officer (AFO) with a leading banking institution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive customer acquisition and promote financial products and services.
Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
Facilitate account opening and ensure KYC documentation is completed.
Market and sell financial products such as POS devices and digital banking applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Meet and exceed sales and transaction targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
Must be not older than 35 years.
At least one year of experience in sales or marketing.

Benefits

Monthly salary ranges from ₦115,000 to ₦130,000, including robust commission, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), pension, 13th-month allowance, and other incentives.
