📍 Job Details

• Location: Wuse Zone 3, Abuja
• Role Type: Sales / Marketing
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: ₦115,000 – ₦130,000/month
• Additional Benefits: Commission, HMO, Pension, 13th Month Allowance

🎯 Role Overview

As an Agent Field Officer, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, promoting banking products, and managing relationships with agents and clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform
• Facilitate account opening and ensure proper KYC documentation
• Promote financial products such as POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans
• Build and maintain strong customer and agent relationships
• Drive usage and engagement on the platform
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum qualification: NCE / OND / HND / BSc
• At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 35 years or below
