The company operates in key segments including sugar, flour, pasta, rice, and edible oils, offering strong career opportunities within a reputable and growth-driven organization.

The organization is seeking experienced and competent candidates to fill the following positions across Nigeria:

Divisional HR Manager (Flour & Pasta Division) – Rivers State
Head, Strategic Finance / Financial Controller – Lagos
Regional Sales Manager – Southwest (Ogun, Oyo & Osun)
Sales Operations Manager – Lagos
Head of Regional Sales Operation – North Central (Abuja)
Regional Sales Manager – North Central II (Kogi, Benue & Plateau)
Digital Marketing Specialist – Lagos

Job Overview:
BUA Foods Plc aims to strengthen its workforce by hiring professionals capable of driving operational excellence, financial performance, strategic growth, and market expansion. These roles span across Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Digital Marketing functions, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be responsible for executing strategic and operational tasks relevant to their roles. Core responsibilities include workforce planning, financial reporting, sales growth, market expansion, demand forecasting, digital campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration. Applicants are also expected to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best industry practices.

Requirements:
Applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. Depending on the role, candidates should have between 7 to 12 years of professional experience, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, FCA, ACCA, or digital marketing certifications are considered an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:
Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms is essential. Additionally, applicants must exhibit high levels of professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
