Overview

The Aspen Kyiv–UK Leadership Bridge 2026 is a leadership fellowship connecting emerging leaders from the UK and Ukraine focused on democracy, security, and technology. It aims to explore how leadership and democratic values can evolve amidst geopolitical tension, democratic renewal, and technological change.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore how leadership and democratic values must evolve.
• Strengthen ethical leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Design cross-border initiatives addressing shared challenges between the UK and Ukraine.
• Present initiatives at the end of the program.

Requirements

• Emerging leaders based in the UK or Ukraine.
• Work in sectors such as Public Sector, Security & Defence, Private Sector, Media, Civil Society, or Academia.
• Aged 30–40.
• 5–15 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrate interest in UK–Ukraine relations.
• Eager to collaborate across sectors and borders.
