Eligibility

The coalition welcomes applications from individuals committed to advancing Uyghur human rights and workers’ rights globally. Ideal candidates should possess:

Excellent research and analytical abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective planning and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in labour rights, human rights, and corporate accountability

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience volunteering or working with nonprofit organizations
Background in labour rights, advocacy, or community organizing
Social media management experience
Content creation skills
Graphic design or video production experience
