The African Disability Forum (ADF) has opened applications for an Internship Position in Advocacy and Communication, aimed at strengthening disability rights advocacy and inclusive climate action across Africa.
This opportunity is designed for emerging professionals interested in disability inclusion, policy advocacy, communications, and climate justice, with a strong focus on supporting Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) at continental and global levels.
The African Disability Forum is a continental organization of persons with disabilities dedicated to promoting and protecting the rights of persons with disabilities across Africa.
ADF works to advance disability-inclusive development through advocacy, capacity building, policy engagement, and strengthening participation in regional and global decision-making processes.
The Advocacy and Communication Internship provides a structured learning opportunity for individuals interested in disability rights and inclusive development. The intern will support the Advocacy and Communication Director in implementing key programmes related to the African Disability Protocol (ADP) and disability-inclusive climate action.
