This program offers applicants the opportunity to develop global leadership skills in a diverse cohort of mid-career Canadian professionals.

Eligibility

Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Fluent in English
Willing and able to travel to Ottawa for the in-person residency (fully funded)
Demonstrates a commitment to learning, dialogue, and ongoing engagement as an alum
Able to participate in virtual coaching sessions before and after the residency
