Overview

The Generation Connect Young Leadership Programme (GCYLP) is a one-year initiative by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Huawei. It aims to empower young digital changemakers globally by providing tools, mentorship, and resources to implement digital development projects.

Eligibility

Applicants must complete the official online application form. If shortlisted, supporting documents such as valid identification, proof of studies, two reference contacts, and a short video message demonstrating motivation and vision will be required. The programme is conducted entirely in English.
